Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Shipping

We will process and dispatch your order within 3 working days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched, along with a link to track your parcel.  

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to another country, outside of the country you are ordering from. If you would like to arrange for your item to be delivered to a different country, please contact our Customer Services Team at: hi@daytotjourneys.com where a member of the Team can provide a quote for this service.

Pre-Ordered Items: If you have ordered an item on pre-order your whole order will ship together when everything is in stock (as detailed on the product page) - however, if you need in-stock items sooner then please place 2 separate orders. 

Shipping Holidays:

Daytot will be closed throughout the year for various local & international holidays. We will announce any upcoming closures which affect shipping lead times, on our website and social media channels in advance. Shipments will resume on the next working day.

 

Delivery

Daytot is pleased to offer FREE international shipping on all online orders.

Your items will be delivered within 5 – 10 working days from the date of despatch. We cannot provide expediated delivery options at this time. Please allow 10 working days to pass before getting in touch about any missing orders.

Address input errors:

Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly. If you realise that you've made an error in entering any of your details, please email hi@daytotjourneys.com asap and we will amend them for you providing your item hasn't already been fulfilled. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will have to charge to resend it out to you.

Damaged/Missing Goods:

If for any reason your order has been damage in transit, or is missing items upon arrival, we kindly ask that you photograph the box/contents asap and provide this to Daytot Customer Services. No request of replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without a photo as reference.

 

Returns

We are happy to refund your product if returned within 14 days from receipt of your goods, and the item is in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Online purchases are not eligible for credit or exchanges.

Please contact us to notify us of your intention to return your goods, before shipping them back to us.

How to return an item:

  • Fill out the Returns Form provided with your product

  • Securely Pack your item(s) along with the completed Return Form and a copy of the original invoice.

In all cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items being returned are suitably packaged, with all original documentation and in a re-sellable condition. Returns are subject to evaluation by Daytot. Please note that any returned items which are soiled, worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or may incur a cost to replace parts, which will be deducted from the original cost of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning their items to our returns warehouse. Once we receive the goods, we will inspect your return and refund the value of the goods no later than 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

We advise all customers to return their items using a tracked service. Any items lost or damaged during transit are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Our Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions accepted at purchase. 

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You may notify us of damaged or faulty goods up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. Once you contact us, we will arrange free collection of the damaged/faulty goods and replace your goods within 14 working days.

 

Warranty

Goods can be returned to us for warranty replacement up to 12 months from receipt. Once you contact us, we will arrange free collection of the goods and we will replace your goods within 14 working days.
